Terms and Conditions

We charge per day NOT per job. Time estimates are only for guideline purposes. If changes to your brief result in extra days being needed to deliver services we will notify you before going adding these charges.

Please notify your account manager if you are unhappy with any creative services WITHIN 7 DAYS of first receiving them electronically. After the 7 day period it will be at our discretion if we changes should be made without charge. 

If you are unhappy with any part of our service delivery please notify us within 7 days of the problem. After the 7 day period it will be at our discretion if we should fix this without charge. We do not refund for services already carried out due to their labour intensive nature. However we are obliged to rectify the situation if we are notified within 7 days of the problem. We offer no refunds for past work already carried out.

Prices are subject to change without notice. 

Payment of invoices

Enjoy Time works on a pre-payment system as there are many costs involved during the service delivery period. Payment is due 7 days from our invoice date which we shall send to you in advance. Late payments will incur interest charges and may mean that our work for you has to cease until any outstanding balances are settled. Please note that debtcollect.co.uk (Debt Recovery Agency) handle all debt collection at Enjoy Time.

Special services

Some services incur third party costs or expenses. If these costs will be incurred we shall first notify you and seek approval before proceeding and either invoice you on a credit account or on a pre-payment basis dependent on the amounts involved.

Disclaimer

Enjoy Time disclaims any and all liabilities. We do not compensate for any liabilities incurred. However we endeavour to ensure no liabilities are incurred.

Termination

We may elect to terminate your services if we have good reason to. (Example: Late payments)

You may terminate your agreement with us at any time after your chosen minimum contract period has expired. However any monies still owed to us must be paid within 7 days of cancellation. 

We may not be liable to finish any services upon cancellation. Services will be carried out until the end of the monthly period for which you last paid.
